By downloading or using Sweep ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions, free trial & billing

• Sweep offers a Weekly subscription (with an optional 7-day free trial) and a one-time Lifetime purchase that unlock all features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Prices may vary by region.

3. Your content & responsibility

Sweep helps you delete, compress, merge, and hide content on your device. Deletions and merges are permanent operations on your data (iOS may keep deleted items in "Recently Deleted" for a limited time). You are responsible for reviewing selections before confirming and for keeping your own backups. We are not liable for data loss resulting from your use of the App.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

5. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for data loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

6. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
